About The Artwork

The painting was painted under the impression of visiting a Russian village on the Volga River, in a reserve where there are many birds, fish and pristine forests. The painting depicts a small bathhouse, a forest and a track washed out from the rains, an impassable road. The sky is reflected in the puddle, the wires on the poles only symbolize civilization and denote modernity. The wooden shack is slightly askew, but the surrounding bright greenery, forests, meadow - everything breathes with nature and untouched ecology. I really love this picture. And this landscape. These Russian species are very dear to me. My motherland. I hope that the person who acquires this picture will also feel all the charm and love, positive energy and power of nature. For the greatest preservation, it is recommended to arrange a watercolor painting in a baguette with a mat under a museum anti-reflective glass. Then the picture will be beautifully framed, sparkle with new colors and will be protected from dust, moisture and exposure to ultraviolet rays.

Hey! My name is Viktoria Gaman, I am a Russian artist, I was born in 1981 in Samara, studied in Moscow, now I live and work in Turkey. I paint and write using different techniques and different materials, such as dry pastel, watercolor, oil, ink and ink, markers. But my favorite material is soft pastels. I can express a lot in pastels and oils, and the main thing is to preserve the brightness of the color and create a realistic image. I am inspired by nature, animals and birds, as well as travel. I want to do what I love sincerely and honestly. Show people the world as I see it. I want beauty and kindness to triumph around. This is not yet possible, but we must strive for this. Strive to overcome human vices. And to keep the planet the way God created it - beautiful, full of variety of animals. And it is in the paintings that I show the beauty of animals, their feelings, the beauty of nature, the beauty of man and his emotions. The world is full of imperfections and dirt. You should not produce it in creativity. My personal opinion.
