I've been working with a small group of artists on and off for decades. We originally shared the same mentor, John Adams Griefen, a brilliant abstract painter and teacher. So we got together and one of my friends set up this beautiful still life. Yes, i was inspired! I adore painting on plexiglas and happened to have this long, thin piece that I thought would serve the painting well. I hope viewers will enjoy the strong colors, bright and dull, against the white background.
