About The Artwork
How often do you go to the forest? Clear, clean skies, a colonnade of trees and pine branches underfoot. Here, in the forest near Krakow, I often look for inspiration. It comes with the scent of pine needles and the sounds of the forest. I spent the last summer here and was inspired by the spirits of the forest. And here she is: the forest girl. She was born from bark and moss, her blood is resin, her lips are berries, her fingers are young roots. This girl has lived for centuries, every fall she grows old, and in summer she is young and cheerful. And she is very wise. She has lived for so many centuries and accumulated wisdom in her bright, transparent eyes. She looks at us humans with a mysterious smile. I wonder what she is thinking about? Find your answer.

My name is Wladzia, I am an artist from Kyiv, Ukraine. Now I live and paint in Cracow, Poland. After studying at the Faculty of Architecture I became interested in painting and graphics. I devote all my free time to creating watercolor worlds and I believe that art heals the souls. The source of inspiration for me is the forest where ideas for paintings appear.
