I continue my series of winter mountain landscapes and present to you the sketch "Tales of Winter" Winter is a cold but magical time of year. Snow drifts on trees, roofs and roads create cleanliness and a certain order, you want to climb into a warm and cozy house and enjoy a hot chocolate, watching through the window a whimsical dance of snowflakes and wind. "Orange winter in the mountains" painted on special paper in the style of expressionism. Image size 25/25, frame size with mat 40/40. The frame is of high quality, 4 mm thick. The painting will be carefully packed and shipped to the new owner before being shipped. Recently, I have enjoyed painting on special paper and doing it with a palette knife. The paper immediately absorbs the grease component of the paint, allowing you to continue to apply a further layer, as if you were a sculptor molding on a plane, smoothing out and smoothening with a palette knife. The finished painting is then framed in a mat. The mat, as if a white cloud, creates space around a bright picture, and the frame completes the design. It turns out very elegantly. If you wish, the picture can be sent to the buyer without a frame, but with a mat. A picture without a frame, but in a paspartum, is much cheaper. Sending a heavy frame with glass and the frame itself requires more durable and correspondingly more expensive packaging. At the moment I have created two new series: "Winter Sketches" and "Girls in a Bar".

Germany
Ellen Frischbutter, Germany, Leipzig. Since childhood I loved to draw, drew well and watched with pleasure how my father drew, he was not a painter, but perfectly drew with pencil and oil paints. In life I chose the profession of a psychologist, but that choice has led me to creativity. Doing art therapy with clients, watching the whimsical flow of paint, I found myself wanting to paint everything from ethereal dreams, real objects to fantastical, imaginary subjects and dreams. I fell in love with painting, attended various painting courses and once I felt the freedom to move on canvas I like to paint in different techniques and on different subjects. My artist pseudonym is Frilen
