About The Artwork

I am hugely influenced by science and philosophy and feel this comes through in the worlds I create through art. This piece is a play/experiment on the idea of probability. A blank canvas exists in a probability field of possibility, awaiting the decisions made by the artist. As I go through my day I take influences from my surroundings, these inputs then creep into my work and the probability field begins to solidify into a formed image. I enjoy placing many small dots in my work. This allows me to manage colour and composition with each dot placed.
