The symbol of time Print

The story is preserved in the symbols that are imprinted in art objects: paintings, monuments, stories, films ... We are what we know about ourselves. We were the ones we remember. In the symbols, the genetic code of the memory of all mankind is encrypted. This is their own happy markers, looking at which in our minds emerges historical images. History is constantly being rewritten and there is no truth in it for a long time. And only genuine art objects are a trace of time and events filling it, possessing valuable information about who we are and who we really were. My work "The symbol of time" reflects this difficult historical period of our Ukraine. The work contains symbols such as a wheel and Ukrainian floral ornament in the form of a rose, symbolizing an endless solar movement with the eternal rebirth of Ukraine. The tire itself became a symbol of this revolution, and used by both Maidan and later Anti-Maidan, contains a semantic element of duality, which is characteristic of the laws of our world. The ornament is connected with the tire protector by pixels, which speaks of the age of information and technology as the main tool of the modern revolution. The tire itself is also associated with the imprint, the trace that it leaves its Ukrainian protector on our land, time, memory, personality, people. What is this trace - time will tell. I think this work is very urgent now. It is full of symbols and it is this quality of energy that now prevails in Ukraine. The work "Symbol of Time" is a symbiosis of my thoughts, feelings, experiences, an endless series of rethinking, born in this difficult and important period of Our Ukraine!
