This picture is painted with lacquer on wood, size: 70X100cm, 1.4cm thick. Painting is lacquer with pigment, son (4 kinds of red color made from natural stone and soil), gold, silver, and eggshell. Using the multi-layer lacquer technique, each layer is lined with silver to create metallic luster for the colors. Along with population growth, already small cities now have more pressure on housing. So crowded neighborhoods keep springing up with all kinds of architecture. Perhaps this is what makes Hanoi special with the old name of "Ke Cho". Sometimes sitting and looking at the neighborhood gives us a sense of adventure! The neighborhood looks like it was built in the middle of the sky This is an original painting by me, with my signature on the face and a certificate attached when you buy the painting. The picture has a wooden frame and is ready to hang on the wall. Thank you for being patient!

Vietnam
Bui Trong Du was born in 1976 in Hai Phong, he currently lives and works in Hanoi. During his studies and work, he traveled to many places in Northern Vietnam, falling in love with his homeland's landscape and imbued with traditional cultural values. Most of his artworks have an Oriental figurative style, sometimes mixed with a bit of impressionism or expressionism. With a simplified and stylized form of expression, the soft penmanship echoes Vietnamese folk paintings. Artworks such as summer lotus flowers, young women with lotuses, street corners, flower vases, and childhood memories such as flocks of birds, fishes, frogs, dragonflies... show the melody of beautiful, innocent life. Creating quality through mastering lacquer material is an important highlight in the work, it contrasts with the simplified form, this combination has created the artist's mark in the context of Vietnamese painting during the Integration.
