The painting is made with acrylic on cardboard glued on a wooden panel Landscape. Combining the beauty of the landscape with the smell of death, I would like to achieve the effect of reflection on the human condition. I wonder where man is now, how sensitive we are to images from the omnipresent tools of global communication. Do we see the truth about the suffering of others better through them or, on the contrary, do we become desensitized to it. Contemporary art avoids involvement by playing with pure form and this is my little return to art in the service of humanity. At the same time, the painting is an interior decoration, which is why I was inspired by the Impressionists and the wonderful landscapes of Jean Baptiste Camille Coro.
