About The Artwork
"Walking on the river bottom" is mini-series of three paintings. It was born out of my autumn and winter walks along the emptied, shallowed banks and bottom of the Dnepr river, due to the occupation and damage to the dam downstream. And deep reflections on humanity's choice and the stage it is now living through, energetically and mentally consonant with "walking on the river bottom".
