Original watercolor painting of an old windmill on the background of red sunset sky. Colorful painting of 'Windmill and the Sunset Sky' is actually much more about the clouds, than it is about the windmill. Mill is visible on the forground mostly to close the composition (to keep the observer's eye on the dramatic red sky in the middle). It was made with White Nights watercolor paints on a smooth watercolor paper (300gsm).

My name is Kate. I am an artist, teacher and architect from Poland. Art charmed me for the first time when I was 4 years old. Once I started to draw, I never stopped. I love teachning as much as creating – I feel complete when I’m using all of my talents at once. My most favorite techniques are pencil and watercolor. However, the technique has secondary importance, when I have the opportunity to draw one of my favorite subjects - fantasy, landscapes or human figure. Drawing from imagination is my strong point:) I'm also known for my pencil and watercolor landscapes and portrait skills. I want to always move forward, try new things and grow.
