About The Artwork

Humans and horses have shared a bond for centuries. From show ponies and farm helpers to wild stallions and cowboys' companions, our black-and-white horse painting capture all the ways these majestic animals have affected our lives. Black and white is the perfect format for capturing the majestic beauty, grace, and strength that make us fall in love with horses, especially on the beach that merges with the sky in the horizon. It is a huge impressive work (the size of a room door) and needs a large space to be admired, in an appropriate environment and design, and it will sure give the special missing touch that will bring the whole place to life.

Kata Dean (pseudonym) is a young woman independent fine artist, with Romanian origin, living and working in Italy. Painting was and remains the passion of her life. This is expressed with the greatest freedom, addressing a unique and extravagant style, with realistic influences combined with pop-art, where vibrant and lively colours, retain the focus on any viewer, leaving the impression of a mad sublime attitude. Her crazy extravagant style is alternated with the realistic one, none of them based on any school education, but simply exercised talent from the age of 5-6 years,. The general technique she used in painting is acrylic on canvas, oil/acrylic on wood and, less common acrylic painting on shoes or textile based objects. The colours that she uses are even fluo-neon (seen olny under the blue neon light) that give to the final image a touch of 3D. She begins to paint translating into another dimension, where time and space have no value, there is nothing in the room except the image transposed by the speed dance of the brush on the canvas. "Everything starts with an idea that changes with every brush stroke... and each brush stroke is a new challenge, leading to a successful conclusion confirmed by all viewers".
