I created a small lamp with different tapes, to reflect in the decadence of a medium that started to die at the end of 90's. I wanted to reflect in how technology, being a force of change can be a form of nostalgia when it comes to count the number of mediums for recording music or art that disappear as we release digital forms of art. I then took a photograph and post-processed in black and white to make this composition timeless.

Denmark
I am originally from Madrid Spain but I have been living abroad since 2004, primarily in Dublin although I've spent 3 years in wonderful Lisbon and I have recently moved to Aarhus. I’ve been addicted to Photography since I moved to Dublin in 2004 when I discovered this medium would allow me to communicate to the world in the way and the format I always wanted, with images, after all, I'm just a frustrated painter. Over the past 12 years I have been trying to master this art, with successes and failures, learning from the masters, using Internet as the massive encyclopedia that it is today. What you are seeing today it is my attempt to be an independent Photographer, creating art and meaningful images for clients, friends and family. I self-studied art and photography thanks to the existence of the World Wide Web - yes, I still call it like that, that's how old I am -. I developed an interest in photography early as a kid, however, I only acquired a digital camera when I first went to Ireland.. With a small Sony I made around 10000 pictures, all of them horrible but good enough to learn the trade. I then bought another camera. Took 10000 pictures, all of them horrible, but this second time I kept working and studying to achieve one unique goal, being able to frame my perspective about this world in the way I want maximising my limited resources. Photography gave me consistency and focus. Then life happened, and I was lucky to be there to represent the life I've been lucky enough to live.
