What a weird title you might think but I want to make you think, make you look closer, discover. For years I passed the dump of old pylons without paying attention until a late afternoon light in February sends green sparkles into the sky. Intrigued I stopped, took my bag to find the light source. First unassuming, move closer, let your eyes wander, change your position, your viewpoint, take it all in slowly. Do the same with this picture, you will discover every day something new, will look closer at the discarded objects and enjoy what nature gifts us. For my part, I had to share something which gives me so much pleasure to look at. The size given is the standard size, other dimensions are available, please ask for a quote.

I was born in a small town in northern Germany as the son of an artistic father. His influence and guidance brought me to photography at an early age as drawing and sketching was not so much my talent. The world around me has become more beautiful, richer in detail and full of exiting discoveries, which have become treasured memories. The pictures I see tell to me to be their voice, their messenger. I now live in the south of France, the Provence, and I discovered what many impressionist found challenging; to capture the amazing light, the colours, the shades to create the picture I love.
