About The Artwork
1. The silence and the beauty of the Mongolian steppe land inspired me to take this photograph. Day after day waking up to the beautiful morning was a very serene experience. I hope the viewers are able to experience this serenity of the Mongolian desert, despite it being a road less travelled. I used gelatin slide film as this medium is able to capture subtle varying tones in a very surreal manner.
