We used to visit my husband's grandfather on Lake Blackshear in Georgia. He was a bright big soul who flew planes and traveled to every country in the world, accomplishing great things, despite his miserable beginnings. He had many points of light and was uplifting to us all. He and I had a special bond. He died on the 9th day of January, right before my son was conceived. My son was born on the 9th day of December. He is also big and bright. He has dreams of flying and seeing the world which he already does through his apps, his videos and his games. I know he will accomplish many great things. Our points of light touch the world in ways that last forever, and get passed on to those that come after us. This piece is printed on Fuji Archival Crystal material resembling a metallic finish. The print is face-mounted to 1/4" thick acrylic then backed by 1/8" clear acrylic and a hidden wall mount. The look is glossy with the image having depth. The piece floats 1" off the wall. It is completely finished with no need for framing.
