I love the wild storms that batter the rugged Cornish coast every winter. It's amazing to see nature at its most extreme when the travelling ocean waves meet the solid granite of land. Walking the cliffs in a howling wind and photographing these waves as they explode into abstract shapes is life affirming. Sometimes when you get home you find shapes in the waves that you didn't see when you took the picture In this case, Poseidon was watching the storm too
