About The Artwork

Capturing the moment a wave washes onto the black sand beach at Vic, a storm blows in at the start of spring crashing these large rollers onto this black sand. I always wanted to go to this beach since I first saw it in magazines, worth a trip.

High Wycombe-born, now residing in the picturesque Ribble Valley, Lancashire, I am a visual artist deeply influenced by Nordic and Japanese cultures. My artistic style is a harmonious blend of Scandi simplicity and Zen serenity, with a focus on intricate shapes, the beauty of nature, captivating patterns, and the play of light. Whether traversing the world, documenting life and seizing moments, or retreating to my studio with the door securely locked, my artistic journey is a dynamic exploration of existence. Born in the UK, I proudly embody my dual heritage—half English, half Italian—celebrating the richness of two distinct cultures that have profoundly shaped my life. The artistic lineage runs deep in my family. My Great Grandfather, Giuseppe Fenzi, a skilled Sculptor and Artist, dedicated his craft to restoring metalwork in Verona and surrounding areas post-World War II. His legacy lives on in the resilience of bronze and iron. Following suit, my Grandfather, Luigi Fenzi, left his mark as a talented Artist and Illustrator, sketching lively depictions of goals in newspapers across the Veneto region, a vivid portrayal in an era predating television. Rooted in a quest for wisdom, my artistic journey unfolds. To track my creative endeavors, venture to my Instagram.
