About The Artwork

I am an art photographer born in Russia and now living in Barcelona, Spain. I got a degree in architecture and interior design, but photography accompanies my whole life, starting from early childhood. As a result, the fusion of the two elements of architecture and photography gave birth to my individual style of architectural photography. Subjects of my art are architecture, landscapes and fish. At first look, they are so different, especially fish, but all pictures are made in the same style, my own individual style, coloured, saturated end very expressive. Special angle, geometric composition and light make my pictures original and no similar to other art. Sometimes my works look like paintings in watercolour. I draw inspiration from the world around me with all its natural and artificially created variety of shapes, colours, and shades. I work with digital photography, shoot with a camera or phone, after what a successfully taken frame undergoes digital manipulations with colour and turns into a masterpiece. In my hands, the camera becomes the silent witness of a new life arising from the full and empty spaces created by man. Shapes and colours that take on a new life breathed in by a breath that takes us to a new reality that was there but that our eyes were unaware of. Dead geometries receive a breath of life and seem to dance when interacting with their immediate surroundings. Chameleon spaces take on new relevance. An endless kaleidoscope of lights and shadows, of lines and spirals, of circles and infinity, moulded with the beats of a life that makes the coldness of metal and steel organic. I have already won some photography contests and participated in various exhibitions in Russia and Europe.
