About The Artwork

I love the silence on the lake. The arrival of a storm changes every color and the surface of the lake becomes silver. This is the Lake of Vico, between Rome and Viterbo, an ancient area inhabited by the Etruscans, a place considered sacred by them. The artwork will be printed on high quality paper that guarantee, stability and durability of the prints.

After years of studies and passion for art, design, photography and fashion design I have studied at Academy of Costume & Fashion in Rome, I started travelling. In every place I visited I have found inspiration and nourishment for my soul. Back to Italy, after a couple of years in London and a few months spent in Bologna, my enthusiasm and creativeness turned to art photography landscapes, their deep silence and magic caught my eyes. I am self-taught photographer and I try to convey feelings and emotions that I hope can go beyond an image’s coldness. Photographs are only apparently silent. In a second stage, the images are re-elaborated just as a painter would do with his creation. It is here that my soul and inspiration emphasize what is catched by the lens, trying to convey my own feelings. Geometry, simmetry, minimalism, simplicity, linearity and color balance rule over all my images. I love watercolor painting, as well as collage and china. Walking in the woods with Lulu, a rescued dog who has become my fellow adventurer, inspires me and provides the tools for my work: leaves, branches, stones, ancient doors … I dream of a green and pink future, where the spirit of Nature can inspire all of us while the strength, grace and determination of women may bring about long-forlorn values.
