About The Artwork

This work is a collection of emotions displayed through a monotype. Heavily influenced by artists like James Austin Murray and James Nares, I made a custom brush and allowed my emotions to guide it across the water based inks I use to print. This print is 8x12" printed on 12x18" paper.

I am a self taught artist living and working in Schenectady, NY. I love hard edges, bold colors, and strange patterns. I grew up skateboarding and at punk shows which exposed me to graffiti and street art, both of which still influence my work heavily.
