ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Since I discovered the art of felt making, I found a way to translate my paintings into wool. The artwork is made of 100% Merino wool that has been wet felted and afterwards, with the dry felting technique, details have been added. It is a heavy job to make the felt because of the size of the artwork. A lot of effort goes into the work. The result is a wonderful soft, warm and tactile piece of art. It is mounted on a frame and ready to hang. Besides a joy for the eye it also has a lovely feel to it and improves the acoustics of the room.
