I have always loved art and since I was a little girl I grew up in Italy watching my dad make such beautiful art works. My dad always worked with metal and that is where my love for metal came from.

I have always taught myself the skills I needed to paint and solder metal.
I grew up in Italy, Tuscany. My mum Scottish and my dad Italian, worked in art for as long as I can remember. Art has been my life since I was a little girl.



One of my favourite memories of art was being mesmerised by the colours and shapes of Murano glass. The colours blend and form creating patterns.

I am inspired by colours of Murano glass and and nature. I particularly love working with flowers because of their delicate beauty.

I studied at Aberdeen University and graduated with a master of arts in Art History and Gender Studies.
