Lace - Works on Paper

My work with lace has inspired a different take when it comes to drawing. In abstracted drawings, the influence takes on a coral-like or a surreal quality. In figurative work, cursive text becomes the stand-in for lace. Two very different approaches, yet originating from the same material.
