My paintings celebrate the irony, humor and profundity of life through illustrative representation and a strong use of color. These artworks may seem narrative, but I wish them to be open-ended and not didactic allowing the compositions to provoke questions and dialogue as we make our own personal discoveries on this journey of life . My painting inspiration comes to me from my non-sectarian home life, from current world events and from my world travels.
