Red Moor

‘Red Moor’ is a photo series depicting the serene moorland around around Stanage Edge, a famous gritstone cliff in England’s Peak District. The rock edge is more than 3 miles long and a popular location for hiking and rock climbing. The dry and rocky soil creates a very brown-red coloured terrain, which together with the gloomy sky and approaching rain storm, made for a dramatic almost intimidating scenery I wanted to capture.
