Abstract

One day I picked up a paintbrush and my life was transformed. I paint not what I see but what I feel. My paintings are all self-portraits. They try to capture that fluid state between the concrete and the abstract, between  what is felt and what is seen with the senses. Here is luxury, peace, freedom. At it’s best painting does not involve the mind. Brush, paint and hand move in harmony. There is no analysis and no doubt.
