Adventures on Igbinosa

Being a sailor offers a very unique point of view from which images are shot. If you're lucky to work on a vessel that sails through the creeks of the oil-rich Niger-Delta, then you get a front seat row in seeing beautiful landscapes and the people who inhabit them is clusters of communities - from the concrete builds to the bamboo sheds, the paddled canoes to the motor powered ones, the calms waters with the heavy pollution of it. A never ending list of sights to appreciate. The images in this collection are a part of my BRIDGE WINGS series which contains images shot from aboard vessels I've worked on as a Deck Officer. Adventures on Igbinosa are a select set of images shot while I was onboard the Crude Oil Tanker - M.T IGBINOSA.
