After Turner and the Loire (1999 à 2002)

1826, J.M.W. Turner was 51 when he took a trip to France. Brittany then the Loire from the estuary to Orléans. This series "After Turner and the Loire" fills a personal gap due to the fact that the travel watercolors produced by Turner were never painted in oil like the other themes that he exhibited each year at the Royal Academy, but were were engraved in 1833 to make his collection "Turner's A Annual Tour - Wanderings by the Loire".
