Atro Versiamo: Solo Exhibition 2015

The main elements of my painting process are very intuitive and raw. It is about movement and utilizing my whole body to emphasize my brushstrokes. Through the use of bright vibrant colours and light glazing, I am able to push space back and pull space forward allowing shapes to emerge during the process. In My practice, I let the paint be paint. I allow it to drip and catch the eye with bright drips over dark cavernous holes in the canvas.
