Big hug

"The big hug" Loneliness versus togetherness. Funded by the State of Brandenburg with the RL Corona 2020 micro scholarship The idea for this series was to express the longing for closeness and to represent this in shape and color. The abstract hugs are painted free-flowing by hand and with splash and dripping techniques dynamized. The viewer is supposed to dissolve the compulsion of distances for a moment and rediscover the childlike ease in himself. Constanze Claudia Lorenz
