Bitácora de Lugares Encontrados

This series is a journey into the ambivalence of space that is shaken by doubts and questions of contemporaneity. It is the birth of a contradictory city of multiple authorships, that belongs to both everyone and nobody; a space shaped by the will of public authorities, social diversity, and the (mis)fortunes of current and past political and economic situations. Bitácora de Lugares Encontrados (journal of places found) is an invitation to go around the city, to discover its texture, its color, its reflections and the juxtaposition of space and time within the same frame of view. It raises questions about us, how we live, our surroundings, and invites to reflect upon spatial quality and identity.
