Paying tribute to Goldstein’s recent female fashion line as well as to the role of women in his life, we asked artist Ute Rathmann to capture the very essence of this restless adventurer and conceive a feminine figure that would fit him the best. Ute was inspired by Goldstein’s unique style as well as by the structures and the colors of the garments he likes to wears –the grey fur, the heavy dark leather and the silver and golden details. She was also especially intrigued by his attitude, which reminds her that of an old aristocrat. With all this in mind, Ute created a series of women that somehow look like Goldstein’s female rococo twins, characterized by a long-gone aristocratic elegance.
