10%

These collages are all part of a larger body of works named 10%. 10% is a process, an everyday practice, a performance and intended as a double reflective exhibition, both inward and outward. For a year, I am only wearing 10% of my garments. The collage collection consists of realistic portraits of my remaining wardrobe. The entire series, its use of recycled clothing and textiles, as well as its design and execution, challenge my own, as well as our relationship with the clothing, clothing industry, chemicals, third world production, fast fashion, clothing dumping and more.
