CORA MAGARA

Cora talks about territory, Cora is also an asteroid and a rocket from the 60s. Cora sounds like a sea, Cora is a woman's name. Magara is the inherent force in all things, it is the symbiotic relationship between the living and the dead. CORA MAGARA is a pretext to create objects from pieces of wood, cloth and clay. It is a paleolithic incantation, a cure, a necessity, a drive that has been generated from the metaphor of the lived and materialized in small and medium format sculptures. It is a process of investigation of the plot, the texture and the colors, concluding in abstract worlds but also forming anthropomorphic beings impregnated with symbolism.
