Cranbrook

MA Project 2011/2 My families farm, on which I grew up in East Devon, is to be developed as the new town Cranbrook. This will involve the possibility of new homes, communities and growth yet also displacement, chaos and disruption for the land, animals and the local community.  The new town will comprise approx 3000 homes with potential for up to 5000 homes plus new schools, sports areas, railway station and country park etc. Phase one of the development started on the neighbouring Farm in 2011.
