Cotton Microscopic clouds

Using a low powered microscope with a Nikon D7000 camera attached to a special lens I tried to recreate cloud scenes in both black and white and color. These photographs are abstract versions of real clouds.. The material employed were ordinary cotton balls found in any drug store. I extended the fibers to permit the microscope to enlarge them in such a way as to permit the camera, with hardly any depth of field to obtain an acceptable focus.
