When I was a child I was obsessed with USA. I grew up in a family where it was common to speak English, just for fun. Add to that the fact that my grandad grew up in New York so there always was a lot of talking about his life there and how much he loved it and missed when he was misteriously forced to come back to Italy. My first holiday in USA when I was 13 was like a dream come true. After that I went many times (never enough, though) to USA and I now have many friends in California. Exhibiting my work at The Other Art Fair Los Angeles was great and since then I got many chances to exhibit my work in a city that I learned to love.
