Environmental Art

I am both a scientist and an artist, my art is rooted in nature and I often use it to message key environmental issues, i.e., climate change, plastic pollution, our large carbon footprint, inviting dialogue and making people reflect. For me, nature is more than an inspiration, it influences my art purpose and how it is created. That purpose is to use art as a vehicle to highlight how humanity has changed the environment. I want to make art that is beautiful, inspiring, sustainable and rooted in my beliefs, values and my relationship with the land that surrounds me at home or while travelling the world.
