Fleeing Shadows

The work presented here is expressing the impact upon me of the global migration of millions of people, moving with just the clothes on their backs from one place to another, in a daze, fleeing from a horrible known to an inconceivable unknown. Surrounded by devastation, huddled together for a solace that never lasts and then fleeing again. I use the word for Fleeing in Spanish, “Huyendo”.
