Japan, India, Nepal, Russia, Turkey: destinations for travel and tourism. The series "impossible exchange" proposes a connection between two seemingly unrelated images but belonging, instead, to the same cultural reality, captured in the same country. It is a sort of critical reportage that manages to bring out new dimensions of meaning thanks to a juxtaposition of two situations, fragments chosen because they are considered significant but which contrast, or, in any case, propose novel associations of thought. An anthropological investigation filtered through an aesthetic gaze that makes all the images appear as if they were suspended moments, observed in silence and holding one's breath.
