Kinetic Light

Being inspired by action paintings of abstract expressionists I moved on to creating non-figurative images, with its emphasis on spontaneous, automatic, or subconscious creation, where not only the result was important, but the process itself. My scene was primarily street lights from different spots in various cities. To attain the ‘spirit’, using long-exposure technique, I paint the camera matrix – as if it was my canvas – with motion, texture, vibrant colors and light.
