Mechanical Botanical Series

The “Mechanical Botanical” Series combines traditional media, such as graphite and acrylic, with original photography, scans, and digital manipulation. It deals with the effects of Technology on Nature, and how advances in science will ultimately alter organic forms. Technology combined with my personal artistic vision, has led me on an exciting journey of transforming beautiful botanical forms into a “weird science” composed of strangely exquisite “techno-mutations.
