Saint Cecilia is a Christian saint, patron saint of musicians and sacred music, as it is said that when she died she sang to God. Archaeological excavations leave no doubt about its existence, but its history was only recorded in the 5th century, in the narrative Paixão de Santa Cecília. She is one of the most venerated saints of the Middle Ages, in addition to being the first saint found with an incorrupt body, in the year 1599, even after so many centuries.
