I was asked to exhibit in Los Angeles at Simard Helm Gallery, now closed, so I moved to LA to pursue my caree as an exhibiting artist. LA was new to me. All the layered and painted over graffiti and hustle seemed to manifest in my work. I was able to explore the gestural form of abstraction you see here.
