CHIAROSCURO

Creating chiaroscuro, I reach for calm monochromatism by using light as a tool of shape and form. I also use color to interpret light. I focus on aesthetics and emotions. Motives such as a face or a female body are the starting point for creating a message that appeals to the viewer open to modern art. The styles that I use are figurative, modern; portraiture. The main medium used is acrylic paint.
