Reliquum

Reliquum: Latin for ' whats left behind" We leave behind pieces of ourselves; through EVERY interaction and moment in each day. . . I believe we forget this fact. That we leave a mark, we gift or curse the world with fragments of who we are and who we are become. To shed light; to remind the viewer there are maps of who our life and our journey. . . Paintings are made by the paint that is left behind from body impressions on canvas. Outlining each mark in attempts to highlight the pieces of ourselves left behind in every moment of every second of our lives.
