Photography

I see my photography as an interaction with the universe around me. A means of communication and connection. It's like saying; "I see you universe, I see what you are doing here and I really appreciate it." During the act of sharing what I have seen the exchange becomes a celebration of everything that dwells around and in us. It becomes more meaningful to me when that moment captured has the power to evoke an emotion strong enough to kindle consideration for the vast nature that surrounds us. It becomes significant to me when those who view my images share my kindled need to investigate and wonder at how we relate and fit into this vast space filled with so much beauty.
