BODY AND SOUL
BODY AND SOUL is an intimate journal of portraits and nudes of the artist’s close friends and family, shot from August 1994 to March 1995. After 6 years of producing only self-portraits, Nunez felt the urge to look at others with her bioptical Rolleiflex. She felt she saw them for the first time, and she was so thrilled that she wanted to see them deep inside: to find their essence in their faces, and in their naked bodies lying on her bed.
