City Gaps

This series focuses on the gaps that are left between designated spaces in urban environments. It examines the tension between the ‘civilised’ and the ‘wild’ – how they coexist and the ways each affects how the other is defined. There is an uneasiness about these spaces. The city seems uncomfortable exposing its insides. You cannot help but feel that this is a temporary state and these spaces will not be allowed to remain as they are for very long.
