First World 2014

The term “First World” is based on “First World Problems”, so to speak, “luxury problems”. We all know the drill: We love luxury, but sometimes do not realize that we are giving up on inner freedom, whilst searching for luxury and a recognition. Shirin Donia doesn’t take herself out on this. As a matter of fact this was the inspiration for the series and therefore she is interpreting “First World Problems” with a wink to people who can laugh about themselves! Thus arose 15 motifs, each of them dedicated to a specific topic.
